Antique Goat Pulling a Cart Silver Plate Napkin Ring 212

Antique Goat Pulling a Cart Silver Plate  Napkin Ring 212.  This piece measures 3" high and it is 4 1/2" long and 2 3/8" wide at the wheels.  This piece is marked with the makers mark but I can only read 212.  The wheels do work but the silver plate seems pretty worn.    If you have any questions please ask.  I will combine shipping when possible.
