    This absolutely stunning old Victorian era figural napkin ring is a real beauty! I don't see any markings on it, but I do believe it is silver plate and NOT pewter.
    I was told that this is a very rare form, and very hard to find not busted up!
    There is no damage or breaks....and it is in great shape as you can see.
