This is a antique / vintage  DOUBLE FLUTE  which it is called "dvojnice"  is a double flute made of a single block of wood. it is wooden carved
handmade in
Yugoslavia by Jugoexport.. it has a single mouthpiece with  two channels that direct the air flow into two separate pipes.. it also has four finger holes on the right side and three on the left and is decorated with carved geometric designs.
