During Christmas it will take the 10 business days as our factory shuts down for the holidays and year-end inventory activities.  Returns other than for shipping damage are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee and you pay the return insured shipping costs to our manufacturing facility, so be sure this box is a good fit for your size dog before ordering.
