Metal Napkin Ring, older, plated, no markings

Description

Here is an older silverplated napkin ring that came to me in a box of assorted older toys and such.  Not sure who made it, as I could find no markings on it whatsoever.  Tarnished, will need a good cleaning.  Not doing me any good, so I figure perhaps someone out there in eBayland needs it.  Several photos, so you can see it for yourself.  I put a penny in the shots for size reference.  Priced to sell, with only actual First Class Package shipping cost charged!
