This is a pair of antique, ornate, silverplate, 1 3/4 inches tall napkin rings.  They feature a repouss
é
design all around, with a large cherub in the front and flowers and leaves on the sides and back.  They have a  a ruffled, "pie crust" ed
ge.
Each one has a monogram in fancy script: F.D.B. and H.L.P.
These napkin rings may have been handcrafted from something else: the back seam forms a V leading to a round hole in the center (see 3rd photo).  These interesting napkin rings are in excellent antique condition: no dents, but there are two dark spots on one (see side view in 2nd photo).
