Here is a vintage Hersheys kiss shaped spinner hat. This is marked: HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD. This has a spin-able propeller. The hat was made in the USA by J Hats. It has a chin strap. This is brown felt. The propeller is about 8 1/2" long. The hat is about 7" wide, it is fairly small. Get this rare, old hat for your collection! This is used. It has some wear. There are 2 small holes. The chin strap is stretched some. There are slight wrinkles in the sides.
