These are
original
antique American Figural Napkin Holder.  The holders feature a stylized morning glory vase with a oriental fan, butterfly and bamboo leaves under the napkin ring.    This is an original Antique, it is not a replica or newer figural being made today.   The napkin ring is pictured and discussed in the book of Figural Napkin Rings by Gottschalk and Whitson page 134.  Today, these napkin holders are a highly
sought
after and collectible, especially the rarer ones in this condition!
Measures: approx. 3" long and 3.25" tall
Condition: Good with a strong beautiful patina!
