Simpson Hall & Miller figural napkin ring with a sailor boy up front and an anchor in back holding the ring in between them.
The base is 2 7/8" long x 1 5/16" wide. The base has an overall pattern and the ring has engraving - it has not been monogrammed.
the sailor boy has his hands in his front pants pockets and the anchor has a rope twisted about it.
It stands 3.25" tall.
