You are looking a Star Signal Model DL16V-6CV-RR Stealth Rear Deck Light Lightbar. All Red and came from the rear deck/window of a Ford Crown Vic. Will probably fit other car/sedan type vehicles as well. Comes with all the Brackets shown but I am not sure how those brackets are used.
Made in the USA. 12v. It measures about 29"L x a slim 1-3/4"h x 7"d. NICE and Bright for your POV or stealth Crown Vic or whatever.
