Two stroke cylinder sleeve installation
First Purchase our service one per cylinder hole.
Next send your cylinders new sleeves and pistons and any paperwork that came with the piston to the address at the bottom of page.
Do not send piston rings, wrist pin or wrist pin retainer clips.
Everything must be removed from cylinders except exhaust studs. Anything left on cylinders will be removed and we will not be responsible for anything being stripped or broke upon removing.
We bore out the old sleeve
Heat fit the new sleeve to the cylinder
Then bore and hone cylinder to fit your piston
Rematch all ports
Deck the head
3-5 Day turn around DEPENDS ON OUR WORK LOAD
Your responsible for gaping your own rings upon engine assembly.
