    Description

    A fun, whimsical, detailed napkin ring of two dogs looking up at a parrot.
    The napkin ring is supported by base of acanthus leaves with two terrier dogs on each side looking up at a parrot on top of the ring. It still has some silver and has some shine.
    The mark on the base reads GUARANTEED BY ROGERS SMITH & CO. MERIDEN 366 U.S.A.. This writing is surrounded by a shield. The mark “F/E” is scratched on the base.
    MEASUREMENTS
    3 ½” (8.9 cm) tall x 3 ¼” (8.3 cm) wide x 1 ½” (3.8 cm) deep.
