Description

The light rotates but does not light up.   I don't know if the green wire is ground or the power line for the light bulb.  I only tested the white and black.  It could also be the bulb. See all the pictures for details of this item.  Be aware that the device you use may affect the quality of the pictures. A computer using the eBay mouse over zoom will enable you to see very fine details.   Please do not assume anything - ask questions before bidding/purchasing.
