Up for auction is an amazing professional handmade William S. Haynes solid silver flute!  All keys move freely and the pads and key corks are in fair to good condition. This flute was serviced prior to this listing and is ready to be played. The tubing wall thickness is .014 inches(thin wall) and the serial number is in the lower 42,6xx range, dating manufacture to 1976. Haynes has always made some of the best playing flutes in the world and this flute is no exception!  The head joint, flute body and keys are solid silver.  This flute has the inline G key, pointed key cups, soldered tone holes and a low B key! Haynes flutes are revered worldwide by legendary artists of the past and present. From the aspiring student to the master, the compelling presence of a Haynes instrument draws out the very best musical performance enabling instrumentalists of all levels to realize their full potential. There are light surface scratches and minor tarnishing throughout, which doesn't affect playability. Included is a gently used, leather bound, woodshell flute case. This model sells new for well over K!!!
