Roy "Ace" Clark
(possibly also known as
Lashane Clarkell
) fought out of
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
. Clark fought mostly in the eastern United States though he did venture west in 1932 and fought
George Godfrey
for the
Negro Heavyweight Championship
. Clark also posted wins versus
Ike McFowler, "Big Boy" Peterson, Elzear Rioux, "Young" Bob Fitzsimmons
and
"Big" Sid Terris
. Outstanding and
